ILLUSIONIST ANTHONY STREET RETURNS TO NEW ZEALAND FOR EPIC 22-CENTRE TOUR THIS WINTER

Presented by Base Entertainment, internationally renowned performer, illusionist and creator of smash-hit shows Celtic IllusionCeltica, and Ballroom Blitz, Anthony Streetreturns to Aotearoa this winter with something audiences have never seen before. ILLUSIONIST ANTHONY STREET, a bold new show where the spotlight falls not just on the magic, but on the man behind it.

Running from 6 July to 10 August 2025, this show is not only Anthony’s biggest New Zealand tour yet but is his most ambitious show to date, bringing pure magic to 22 towns and cities from Northland to Otago.

Expect intimate, jaw-dropping magic, packed with audience interaction, personal storytelling, and mind-blowing moments that unfold right before your eyes. Whether it’s mind-reading, levitation, vanishing, escapes or simply watching Anthony charm a crowd with nothing but a deck of cards, he brings the wonder up close.
This is a magic show for everyone, affordable, whānau-friendly, full of heart, humour and awe.

I’ve been bringing shows to New Zealand since 2016, and it honestly feels like a second home” says Anthony. “The people here are some of the nicest I’ve ever met, open, warm, and totally up for the ride.”

Anthony doesn’t just pull off the impossible he shares the origin story behind it all. He even recreates the very first trick he witnessed at a carnival when he was just eight, the moment that sparked his lifelong obsession with magic.

It’s not just about grand-scale illusions anymore,” he says. “It’s about connection. It’s about those close-up, intimate moments that feel even more impossible. And it’s about inviting the audience right into it, getting people up on stage, making them part of the experience.

ILLUSIONIST ANTHONY STREET will leave audiences spellbound this July and August.
